Privacy Policy
Effective September 25, 2026
Patrick Lamb Productions respects your privacy. We collect only what we need to sell you a ticket, produce the event, and stay in touch — and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for their marketing.
Who we are
This policy covers websites, ticketing pages, and services operated by Patrick Lamb Productions (“PLP,” “we,” “us”), including www.patricklambproductions.com and any ticketing site we operate for our events. It applies to everyone who visits our sites, purchases tickets, contacts us, or attends our events.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, billing and mailing address, and the details of any tickets or services you purchase or inquire about.
- Payment information: payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store, see, or retain your full credit card or debit card number. The processor may share with us only the last four digits, card type, and confirmation of payment.
- Automatic information: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process your order, deliver your tickets, and admit you to the event.
- To contact you about the event you purchased — including schedule changes, artist changes, venue changes, or cancellations.
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer service.
- To send occasional news about upcoming shows and events, which you may opt out of at any time.
- To prevent fraud, protect our patrons and artists, and comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers.
When we share information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business and are bound to protect it: our payment processor, our ticketing and email platforms, and the venue or promoter for the specific event you are attending (for guest lists, seating, and admission). We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our patrons, artists, or company.
Cookies and analytics
Our sites use cookies and analytics tools (which may include Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site features, including checkout.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including SSL encryption on our sites and PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing us.
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies.
Children
Our sites and ticketing services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our sites may link to venues, artists, and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not apply to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will always reflect the current version. Continued use of our sites after a change means you accept the updated policy.
