Refund Policy

Effective September 25, 2026

All ticket sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Artist and program changes

Live entertainment is subject to the realities of the music industry. Artists, lineups, set times, and programs are subject to change without notice due to touring schedules, rescheduling, illness, travel, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. A change in the announced artist, supporting act, or program does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

Rescheduled events

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be honored for the new date. Refunds are not issued for rescheduled events. If you cannot attend the new date, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

Cancelled events

If an event is cancelled outright by Patrick Lamb Productions and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified at the email address on the order with instructions. Any refund in that case is limited to the face value of the ticket; service fees, processing fees, and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Weather and outdoor events

Outdoor events take place rain or shine. No refunds are issued for weather unless the event is cancelled in full and not rescheduled.

Missed events, late arrival, and lost tickets

No refunds or credits are issued for missed events, late arrival, early departure, seating preferences, or lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Tickets are delivered electronically; please keep your confirmation email.

Duplicate orders

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your order number and we will investigate.

Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree to this policy and agree not to dispute a valid charge with your card issuer. Disputed charges on valid orders may result in cancellation of the tickets and exclusion from future events.
